Old Vampire

I started this project with the goal of re-learning Unreal and pushing myself toward a more realistic style than I usually go for.
I had sooo much fun sculpting the skin and creating the hair (I love the Hair Tools addon so much, I’ll probably make a tutorial about it so I don’t forget how to use it AGAIN).
I enjoyed texturing this piece so much, but oh my god I spent so long tweaking tiny little details at the end...

I used Zbrush for sculpting, Marvelous Designer for the coat, 3DsMax as my main hub and for retopology, UVLayout for UV mapping, the Hair Tool addon in Blender for hair card baking and grooming, Substance Painter and Sampler for texturing and material creation, Unreal for rendering (I'm using the MetaHuman eye shader because it's amazing), and Photoshop for compositing.

I’m currently playing Curse of Strahd with my D&D party, and since we’ve never seen an actual picture of Strahd, I subconsciously started imagining this character as him. The sexy old vampire my character (a grandma) wants to seduce :)

Anyway, I hope you like it!

I hate that I liked this stupid AI concept so much, forgive me
Also he reminds me of Bob Odenkirk so much
